Uploading your contacts to Tabella is the key to ensuring that every parishioner gets a warm invitation to connect with your parish on the app!

It also guarantees that even if they choose NOT to download the app, they will still receive all your important announcements in the form of a convenient pre-designed weekly newsletter.

Rest assured, they have the option to opt-out at any time if they prefer.

1. Export all of your parishioner emails to CSV (Instructions for ParishSoft and Flocknote)

2. Rename columns to look like this: firstName, lastName, email

3. Log into your Tabella account on desktop by going to web.tabella.app

4. Click on your community and go to “Manage”

5. Click on “Bulk Invite and “Select your file”

6. Select the .csv file and click upload on your desktop

7.Once the file has loaded, click “Send File”

You will see a “Invites Sent!” message when all invites have been sent.
