Here are the steps:
Select the Group from the list of groups in the left-hand column that you wish to export members from.
Click on the 'People' tab at the top of that Group's page.
Click the 'Export' button at the top right of your list of members.
And voila! A spreadsheet containing those members will be downloaded to your computer.
